Replacement tank LRA Toyota Landcruiser UZJ100 150L

The replacement tank LRA is designed for Toyota Land Cruiser UZJ100 vehicles equipped with an independent front suspension (IFS) and a factory dual-tank configuration. It replaces the original main tank and increases the fuel capacity to 150 litres while retaining the standard filler point, the original exhaust and the spare wheel location.

This configuration significantly increases the vehicle's range without the need for an additional auxiliary tank. Installed on the left side of the driveshaft, the tank integrates seamlessly under the vehicle while retaining all original functionality. This part is exclusively for vehicles equipped with a factory-installed dual fuel tank system.

Since 1989, LONG RANGE AUTOMOTIVE designs and manufactures its tanks in Australia. Each model is developed for a specific vehicle application. The objective is to optimize the available volume while respecting the mechanical constraints of the chassis, filling, exhaust and transmission.

The reservoirs LRA They are made of 2mm T125CQ steel. They incorporate internal baffling to limit fuel movement, as well as an expansion chamber. Before being sold, they undergo pressure tests and several quality control checks. Tests are also carried out over dozens of kilometers of heavily degraded tracks. These tests verify the tank's resistance to vibrations, repeated twisting, impacts, and the stresses of prolonged off-road use.

The installation time is estimated at approximately 5 hours. The tank uses the vehicle's original filling system and requires no modification to the exhaust or relocation of the spare wheel.
